WILD & WELL SWIM/HIKES
at natures pace

Combining two of the most wonderful mental and physical health and mood-boosting outdoor activities, Wild & Well Swim/Hikes will leave you buzzing. Summer days, drifting away in Lakeland tarn wild swims and awe-inspiring hikes amongst some of the most spectacular fellscapes in the Lake District.

These walks are moderately strenuous but that will warm us up nicely for not one, but two dips in a day, immersed in gorgeous, silky waters, surrounded by nature and stunning mountain scenery. Homemade cake provided!

Take a look at just how amazing hiking and wild swimming are for your health and wellbeing:

Walking has been proven to prevent or manage various conditions including:

  • heart disease.
  • stroke.
  • high blood pressure.
  • cancer and type 2 diabetes.
  • It improves cardiovascular fitness.
  • strengthens your bones and muscles.
  • and increases energy levels.

And the benefits of wild swimming include:

  • boosting your immune system.
  • giving you a natural high.
  • improving your circulation.
  • increasing your libido.
  • reducing stress.
  • And it is a great way of socialising and making new friends.

Wow! That’s some list isn’t it.
