“Ruth was amazing! She led a morning session for our Woodland Retreat at Rookhow – all ages from 5 – 70+. We started with becoming more aware of our senses, slowed down our breathing and then took a meditative walk into the woods. 

Ruth gave us magnifying lenses and invited us to look more closely at lichens and mosses and to feel the earth between our fingers. We gathered objects for a gratitude scavenger hunt and shared our stories around the campfire. 

A truly wonderful morning, sensitively led and Ruth’s passion was infectious. Thank you so much!”
