WILD & WELL FELL WALKS
at nature’s pace
£15.00 – £25.00
Guided walks with a twist amongst the spectacular fells of the Lake District. Giving you the chance to reconnect with nature, rewild your natural spirit and restore mind, body and soul, Wild & Well Fell Walks are more than, well, just a walk!
Taking you up and away from the everyday, you’ll experience the best the Lake District landscapes have to offer: majestic mountains, swooping valleys, sparkling lakes, wonderful waterfalls, amazing wildlife.
And – here’s the twist – each fell walk combines with nature connectedness activities along the way, scientifically proven to give you a dose of natural health and well-being goodness by truly tuning in, with all your senses, to what is around you.
The scientific research is now clear. Developing a deeper connection with nature – as opposed to just going for a walk – helps to: boost your immune system, reduce stress and anxiety, relieve depression, lower blood pressure, improve heart health, restore mental fatigue, increase creativity and productivity.
Nature connectedness makes us feel a greater emotional attachment, compassion and commitment to care for the world around us, of which we are all a part. It really has the transformative power to change our lives and our world for the better.
Nature truly is a miracle treatment!
Find out how to make the most of all the health and well-being benefits that water, woodlands and wildlife have to offer – you’ll be amazed! – and take the tools for nature connectedness back into your everyday life.
